01. Project & Platform Review
We review the project requirements, BIM Execution Plan, coordination strategy, CDE structure, model requirements, user roles, and existing BIM 360 / ACC environment.
02. Project Environment Setup
We support the establishment or review of the project folder structure, model organization, naming standards, permissions, publishing workflows, and coordination requirements.

VDEC Approach
VDEC supported the project team by establishing a structured cloud-based BIM coordination workflow within the ACC environment.
Multidisciplinary models were reviewed and organized within the project environment. The coordination team monitored model versions, developed federated coordination views, identified clashes, and created structured issues for the responsible disciplines.
Coordination issues were assigned, tracked, and reviewed through the project workflow. Updated models were subsequently revalidated to confirm resolution of critical issues.
