01. Project & Design Review
We review plumbing drawings, specifications, design criteria, equipment schedules, BIM Execution Plan, LOD requirements, and available architectural, structural, and MEP information.
02. BIM Setup
We establish project coordinates, levels, grids, templates, system classifications, families, naming conventions, worksets, and project-specific modeling standards.
03. Plumbing BIM Modeling
Our BIM engineers develop the plumbing model based on approved engineering information, ensuring accurate routing, connections, slopes, levels, and system representation.
