01. Project Understanding
We review the BIM Execution Plan, MEP design requirements, coordination strategy, LOD requirements, project standards, drawings, specifications, and construction schedule.
02. Model Collection & Validation
The latest HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architectural, and Structural models are collected and reviewed for completeness and coordination readiness.
03. MEP Model Setup

The coordination team focused on high-risk areas including typical floors, ceiling zones, vertical risers, plant rooms, service corridors, shafts, equipment rooms, and structural penetrations.
MEPF clashes were identified, categorized, and prioritized. The team then worked through routing and coordination issues to develop practical solutions while maintaining required clearances and access.
Updated models were rechecked to verify that critical coordination issues had been resolved.
